This project showcases a next-generation retail environment designed to enhance customer engagement through digital interaction. Users can explore products in a visually rich and interactive way without physically touching them.
The system integrates motion graphics, gesture-based controls, and multi-screen experiences to simulate a modern smart retail store, effectively bridging the gap between physical retail and digital convenience.
The primary objective was to create a seamless and engaging retail experience that eliminates the need for physical interaction while maintaining usability.
A major challenge was designing intuitive gesture-based controls that users could understand instantly without guidance. Ensuring smooth animations, responsiveness, and clarity across multiple screens was equally important.
Balancing visual appeal with functional clarity required thoughtful UI/UX planning and precise motion design execution.
The project began with defining the user journey and mapping key interaction points within the retail experience. Wireframes and interaction flows were created to establish a clear structure.
Motion graphics were developed using After Effects to simulate realistic product rotations and smooth transitions, ensuring engaging visual feedback.
Finally, all components were integrated into a cohesive system combining gesture controls, dual-screen catalogue interaction, and promotional display content.
The final outcome is a fully functional retail installation prototype demonstrating the future of in-store shopping experiences.
